The least you could do is respond as you are still in the office.
WHAT A SHOCKING COMPANY!
I paid a ticket, it was declined, and yet you are holding the funds and I have no reference number because the booking was not proceeded with and even worse I have no ticket BECAUSE IT WAS NOT BAUGHT.
YET! You in some way took my money and you are still keeping it so I cannot access it on my bank account! THAT IS THEFT!
AND NO I CANT GIVE YOU A REFERANCE NUMBER BECAUSE I HAVE NO TICKET, NO EMAIL NOTHIHG!
Should I not get an answer within the next hour, Ill go place this dispute on all social media platforms and hello peter too.
