My complaint:

i had booked 4 tickets 5 months ago and one day before our flight we did our PCR TEST£500

and tried to check in boarding passes through app but some reason it doesnt work so i called to agent to ask for boarding passes they suddently said your flight has been canceled so if you want to get next avilable flight you have pay the difference of £1080 each ticket or we will refund you within 120 days we have closed relitives weddig plan evey thing been reuined never inform us through app or by email that the flight is canceled

Suggested solution:

i wnat cliam all my expences and the time wasted and visas and on the top we missed our wedding to attend children disapponted strongly
