eDreams complaint: Where is my refund?

My complaint:

They transferred the refund sum of my cancelled flight to a bank account that is not mine.
Their customer service is not responding over 48 hours.

Suggested solution:

They should get back to me. I left my phone number and email address in different channels to their customer service team and refund me.
