My complaint:
I booked tickets with edreams they didn’t send my booking ation i waited hours. Nothing. Until a day after when i received, i canceled right away it wasn’t even 24 hrs. But they refused to refund my whole amount $5,470. Their website says 24 HOURS GUARANTEED REFUNDS ON MOST AIRLINES.
But when i called they said i can only get around $1800 out of the whole amount. They won’t let me change the dates, they won’t let me rebook it. They said i have to pay again to change it since it has already expired. How come my tickets are expired when i haven’t used it just yet.
I’m suppose to be flying this June 1st.
