My complaint:
Hi,
Hereby I would like to explain the problems during the check-in process for the flight Brussels (CRL) to Malaga (AGP) on 07th October 2023.
After completing the booking with eDreams, I was addressed to the Ryanair web for the check-in requesting me to pay again the additional luggage and priority boarding to continue. I had to leave the check-in online because this request for payment was repeated in every try. Due to this reason, I had to ask in the airport desk to sort this issue, having to pay € 55,00 per person.
As explained above, this situation brought extra costs and inconvenience prior my departure.
Please take this is form as a formal complaint.
