My complaint:

On August 6, I purchased a ticket online through the ‘edreams’ site. The ticket was correctly debited from the VISA card. Then, a month later I receive a bill for €79 from VISA for a ‘prime subscription’, a service that I never requested.

I call the UK number and they try to sell me the service and leave me hanging on the phone for 30 minutes, the operator clearly did not want to take action. In the UK forums there are many people who complain about the fraudulent practice of the site.

In the Spanish forums there are many people with the same complaints. It is clear that it is a fraudulent practice of this company and that if people do not have time to complain for hours on the phone, then they keep the money. I would like to know if these types of complaints are recorded and investigated correctly, and what measures are taken to protect the consumer because clearly this continues to happen.

Also, I’d like to be refund because I never actively requested this service.
