My complaint:
They’ve basically charged me £69.99 without having any idea about any subscription that I’ve made. I’ve booked 2 tickets a month ago and that’s it. No discussion about a subscription with them. A fraud and I’ll contact my bank I hope I’ll get the money back on this.
