My complaint:

I’ve been trying to reach this company since the first day that I was charged a full subscription fee after my trial. I did not get any replies, nothing. I have no intentions of using this service again as I wasnt happy with the service that I got after purchasing a ticket with them.

Suggested solution:

Refund my money
