My complaint:

Have to beg for your refund. The airline cancelled the flight and after several chats online was told they’re waiting to hear from the airline. The airline rang me 2nd of may and refunded my money back to them whilst I was on the phone and said they will refund me straight away. I’m still waiting and after another online chat tonight, have been told it’s going to take 7-10 days for it to go back into my account. This is after someone is going to ring me. This company needs to be stopped trading I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life. I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star rating they’re a joke. Avoid at all cost

Suggested solution:

I just want my refund back into my account. It got taken out instantly and I shouldn't have to wait weeks to have it refunded. The airline authorised it on a telephone call so they should have refunded it. When I chatted they hadn't even started with the refund and having to wait again. The company is not fit for purpose
