My complaint:
29092021 booking reference 7978699568 was partially cancelled.
But I didn’t receive my full refund I have paid. I have called eDreams so many times and after long wait in queues been promised to receive it. Also I have received email regarding that I will receive my full refund.
Suggested solution:
They didn’t return my money just gave false promises to return.
