My complaint:

I have a flight I booked with EDREAMS under booking number 8499020261 for our trip on February10 – 13 , 2022 to Boracay from Clark.

I paid USD315.00 for 2 persons. When I went to the airport on February 10 and the guard told us that there is no flight on Thursday for Air Asia and that was advised by the airline since January 2022 of this year. I was so upset, how can you book on your system without knowing that Air Asia has no flight at that airport and on that day.

I called EDREAMS about it in that morning and demanded a refund.The agent told me that somebody will contact me to resolve within the next 72 hours. I went to another airport and travelled 100 kms and bought a new ticket with another airline on that day. Then I already came back on the 14th of February and no have ever contacted me from EDreams. I called again on the 14th of February, spoke with an agent and told me exactly the same thing It will be resolved soon and someone will contact with 24-72 hours. And no one has contacted me.

I called again on the 18th and heard the same thing again. Until an email instructing me to contact the airline directly. An agent of yours gave their number and I called, but the Air Asia cannot identify the PR number that you gave me which are S72YTA and V3CRHM. I knew that it will not work because I tried to reschedule my flight to 14th of February and they cannot identify it. It is because the number of Air Asia in India is for domestic flight only and my flight from the Philippines is considered international. Then I asked for Air Asia number this morning when I called EDreams and they gave me the same number in India that deals with domestic. I tried asking their international and they told me that they do not know.

How can I resolve this problem when they say to contact them directly, but I cannot able to contact them and the PR number that they gave seems incorrect.

This is their responsibility since I book our flight with you and you must be the one to deal with them directly.

Suggested solution:

Let them call Air Asia and negotiate my refund themselves.
