My complaint:
hi, while me my family on the waiting line for check in at the counter , we found the counter man refused to check in our tickets saying that we delay 5 min although we are was already on the waiting line refusing my family and also about other 8 passengers to check in.
So we lost about total: $ 2,056.51 for 5 tickets , we tray to explain to him we already arrived early to air port but because COVID-19 some very little delay but he never listen to us , so please help us to solve refund our money because we couldn’t travel , thanx
