My complaint:

I’m flying sins 16 years many times per year. but this is the worst company I ever seen, don’t go trough them. my booking was procesing 24 hours and nobody contact me to say that there is a problem. then I contact them and they said that there is a payment issue, and they sudjested me to book another Flight, which will cost me allmost 400$ more. then costumer service on the phone told me hold on the line for 2 min. and after 15 min. I hang up on them. Joke agency do not book with them.
