My complaint:
Edreams withdrew fee for prime account (64.99 euro) from my bank account but I don’t have prime subscription. I submitted to customer service and they said me that really I don’t have prime account and for simple account fee shouldn’t charge . For my many requestes to refund they write via mail the same message:Like we mentioned earlier , we have no record for your prime account , unless you provide us with another email address or another name used your card to sign up for prime membership to try to look it up , we won’t be to assist you further with your request. But My data is absolutely correct. And finally they said that won’t be assist my request. It’s absolutely fraud
