My complaint:
In 2021,i purchase a return ticket from kingston jamaica, To Toronto canada, on the date of departure i received an e-mail stated that my flight was cancelled, when i call no one to respond, check online i realize the flight were cancelled on return..so i miss the first flight..even though they didn’t be specific on which flight were cancelled to me..ok i miss first flight .Refund me for the cancellation they say 3 months time..its over 2 years ago .now they decided to send me a e-mail the Refund is not allowed to me.. not a good sign
