My complaint:
Scammers!! Watch out for their illegal activity! Booked a flight last week, DID NOT click to be a prime member, never do. And a week later they STOLE 69 dollars from my credit card saying its for prime membership. I look at itinerary at the very bottom in fine print, it says prime member. Total scammers! Did not refund me after talking with indian lady on phone for an hour. They are not afraid to get sued or in trouble with anyone. Legally stealing while looking us in the eyes. Youve been warned…
