My complaint:
I bought a multiple destination flights and on the 3rd and last one I was left without flights and no communication. I found I had no flights after chasing multiple times through the EDreams app and unable to get my online check in done.
A agent came to chat to say I had no flights and the flight was sold out and they could not the booking and he said he will issue refund which I’m still waiting for , 2 weeks after the flight date . EDreams took no responsibility and I had to purchase a last minute flight for 4 people , with all the implication it means in terms of costs.
At the time I made my booking I was offered to join EDreams prime ( what a bullshit !) no service at all , doesn’t make any difference and EDreams is so disorganised that I call after to cancel my prime and according to their system I was never prime despite all emails saying I was.
I demand my money back for the flights I didn’t get . £269
There is no one to get hold off , they hide behind a chat, horrible people to deal with.
