My complaint:
Last Friday I contacted on line eDREAMS because I did not receive my tickets for my trip Bucharest to Barcelona and back. Also, it automatically show me IN PROCESSING. I was told finally that SORRY SIR WE WILL REIMBURSE YOUR TICHETS WITHIN NEXT 72 HRS.Thats means 999 euros
Ibooked and paid other tickets with eSky.
Today I checked on line the status of my request and I found there are processed tickets witj eDREAMS.
I need my money back.I cannot contact anybody except the robot with eDreams
Nobody answers at the mentioned phone number.

Suggested solution:
Reimburse the costs of my round trip tickets
