My complaint:
We purchased four round trip tickets from NYC to Krakow through eDreams. The outbound flight was cancelled and we were not informed of the cancellation by the airline or by eDreams. We were advised to purchase a new reservation and request a refund for the additional cost. After a year e Dreams has not refunded us a penny.
Suggested solution:
Issue a full refund for the additional costs airfare we could not use.
