My complaint:
I have been trying to get a refund off e-dreams for months.
It is almost impossible to get hold of them. Their 0800 number has been disconnected, so at my own expense I have to ring them and wait on the line for hours to get a person who doesn’t speak or understand English.

They say I have to get permission from Air New Zealand to give permission for my money to be refunded, but Air New Zealand say it has nothing to do with their company.
I am absolutely fed up with their lies, and want a resolution to this problem!!!
