My complaint:
I am trying to get my boarding passes as I am leaving for Spain tomorrow with AirEuropa.
I got the app, but I cannot request my boarding passes through there.
I have contacted your customer service twice. The second time a certain ‘Rima’ said he she would look into it but that was over 1 hour ago and heshe is not responding anymore. Now they seem to have me put back in the queue
Suggested solution:
SEND ME MY BOARDING PASSES, this is causing me A LOT of stress and I will NEVER fly withe dreams or aireuropa again!
