My complaint:
I booked a flight to Amsterdam from Southampton.KLM changed outgoing flight which was unsuitable. I contacted eDreams to be told multiple times someone would contact me with in 24 hours then 48 hours then 72 and still nothing I checked on KLM website and they had the alternative flights I wanted to change to but eDreams said the flights were unavailable when I called them yet again. I therefore asked for a refund and was advised I would hear definitely about this within 72 hours and yet here I am again no contact from eDreams absolutely abismal service.
