My complaint:
I returned a parcel containing 2 similar items. One was refunded, the seller refuses to talk with me about the remainder of the refund. I complained to Ebay, they have done nothing to help me. I’ve tried to report the seller, but Ebay just keep repeating that the case is closed. I never opened a case as far as I know. They have treated me very shoddily. No sympathy, no empathy and absolutely NO HELP! I am now left out of pocket and Ebay don’t want to help me in any way. How can they close a case that was never opened? How can they refuse to allow me to report the seller? How can they just ignore me like this and not chastise the seller? …. DISGRACEFUL TREATMENT! Kathleen
