My complaint:
First there was an extra charge so asked to refund and they they had hard time fixing it. When finally done I asked to clean the table so I can dine in as it was not clean. The response was ‘we are busy so go away’. What kind of food industry has customer service like this? Never going there as customers are treated as dirt.
Suggested solution:
They need to talk to their staff on what customer service is.
