My complaint:

I did not go to Dunkin’ Donuts often. But today I was craving something sweet for breakfast. It was not even 8:00 a.m. yet and the donut they handed me was very cold. The dounut tasted like it had just come out of a freezer!
Usually their donuts are not hot. But this one was literally near frozen. The audacity of the employee to give me such a cold donut is insulting. They expected me to eat that? It felt like the employees did not care.
I left the bad review because I’m sick and tired of it. Every single time I come there the donuts are cold. It’s first thing in the morning. The donuts shouldn’t be THAT COLD yet. They should have been freshly baked that morning. They shouldn’t be cold at all. However, this one was the coldest donut I ever tasted. Which makes me question whether the donuts they give customers are even fresh or not.
This constant disappointing interaction coupled with this most recent frozen donut has made me not want to come back to Dunkin’ Donuts.
Suggested solution:
They should offer me a warm, fresh donut.
