My complaint:

I placed the following order AVQ7-I4FX7 and it was at 9pm PKST. The order is still not delivered and I called the helpline twice. I get a call now asking me if I even placed an order? It’s 11pm.

Very poor customer service. The order was placed through the app and after 2 hours I’m being asked this question if I even placed it?

It was even paid online or I would have cancelled it.

I told the manager I spoke to at the circle branch to deliver something as a compensation due to the poor service, and he had the audacity to mention this wasn’t the policy and can only delivery the order.

Please look into this poor customer service of this order and do the needful so that regular customers don’t experience such hassle.

Suggested solution:

Someone needs to follow up with the person who coordinated with me regarding the late delivery and teach him some empathy and customer service skills
