My complaint:
I decided to walk in instead of waiting in that drive thru line, i usually visit Dunkin five or six times per day. The women with braids, a tattoo on her right side of her chest is making my drink talking out loud saying these f n people and there f n special coffee requests! Then hands me my Carmel craze. I’m wondering if her braids were so tight she forgets that we pay her paycheck! Rude, racist and so uneducated. I will from now on, make my own coffee at home and save tons of money

Hire people who want to work!
