Dunkin Donuts complaint: Poor service, service worker profanity

My complaint:

I placed an order of ham and cheese croissant. I waited at pickup a while and finally asked the server about my order. He handed me the bag and stater 2 ham and cheese croissant stuffers. I said that no and repeated my order. He said I made it this is it.
I repeated my order and told him I didn’t want that, I ordered ham and cheese croissant. To which he replied fuck, it’s the same thing I asked him did you curse at me? The manager didn’t intervene until after multiple verbal exchanges after which the employee told me now is waste of food, and don’t come back in here again, I don’t wanna see you back in this store again.
A female said we don’t make it like that to which I replied the employee at the register didn’t say that. She should have said that and offered me another choice; not put in a similar substitute sandwich order.
Now I go back to the register to order, at which time the manager finally came out. I opted for bacon croissant. I told him about the employees behvior and use of profanity and he never addressed it! At that time I heard the employees all speaking in their foreign language and laughing.
I ate my food went back and told the manager that the server owed me an apology before I leave the store. The employee approach me asking what I was discussing with the manager. I told him you owe me an apology! He shook his head , said no he didn’t and went back to work . I asked the manager what’s wrong with him? The manager attempted to quiet me and said he’d handle it!
I asked for the employees name because I was going to report this to headquarters.
The manager wouldn’t give me the information. At that time I told the manager I was going to report them all to headquarters. I told them all that if I was white that i wouldn’t have received any of this behavior from any of them.

Suggested solution:

The girl at the register should have said that they don't have what I wanted and offered me another choice.
The server should never have cursed me and insisted I take the wrong order. He should have asked me to return to the register to make a different choice.
The manager should have intervened earlier, and took that employee of duty immediately.
