Dunkin Donuts complaint: Rude Service ….VERY SLOW

My complaint:

The service lately has been horrifically slow. It takes anywhere between 15-30 minutes on an average to get a coffee in the drive thru. To make matters worse, the woman keeps overcharging me. I ask for items I don’t get, I get the wrong made coffee an by the time I know, I’m out of line.
Today was awful The girl was RUDE and Embarrassing. She overcharged me and then was yelling at another EE how she doesn’t know how it happened. I don’t know who she was but she has a tattoo butterfly on her checks below her chin. RUDE!

Suggested solution:

The store should have a GM there to see what is happening and why the store has gone down hill on service. There is NO consistency. I keep getting charged the wrong prices and get the wrong items. I think 'refresher training is needed. What happened! they used to be great!

I spend in excess of $1000 annually and I fund my two daughters account that comes to over $2000 annually. Would be nice if I got a gift card to compensate for the overcharges.
