My complaint:
I ordered yoghurt online and it was crucial to me Dpd will deliver it when I am at home. To my surprise I received text message that delivery will happen in 20 minutes and I was obviously not home. When driver called me (John) I said that I received a text just few minutes ago and not home, and without letting me speak he started to talk over and said he will be outside in 5 minutes. I tried to tell him that I am not home and there is yoghurt, and as I seen on your website wanted to ask him to leave it to the neighbour or at my front door, but he did not let me speak and said if I am not home and no one to come outside and meet him- he will not be able to deliver it and he hung up. This is outrageous, as I needed it to be delivered asap otherwise it will be spoiled due to lack of cold. I demand that coaching would be provided and refund for delivery would be provided as also I received text message and email 20 mins prior to delivery which is not good
Suggested solution:
Refund delivery or credit for future use of service. Also coaching of drivers on basic customer service and let them know what other options they can offer
