My complaint:
It has been over a month and DPD has been unable to deliver a parcel to Italy. The call center and live chat agents are unhelpful as they tell you to contact the local agent, but cannot provide contact details for the local agent. Emailed through a complaint, and was told the parcel would be returned and a refund given. That was over a week ago, and the agent is unresponsive to follow up emails. How do I get this resolved?
