My complaint:
1 mishandling in september 2023 – loss coplaint-after over 3 weeks of me contacting them all the time parcel was recovered but damaged and opened
1 loss of parcel in late december 2023- never recovered- delivery to unknown address
1 loss of parcel 11th january 2024-
Suggested solution:
by finding the parcels
reprimending the driver and depot 45 for bad working behaviours
