My complaint:
The DPD driver throws the parcel outside my property on the side of the public road leading to packages being damaged or lost. When i receive a delivery notification i contact the depot and provide additional information phone number etc but this information is ignored by the delivery driver. I have raised this issue with the depot and have not got a resolution.
Suggested solution:
leave the parcel in a safe location
