My complaint:
Dpd driver called Mike, falsified a signature to day that a parcel had been delivered and then left parcel at wrong address.
I contacted Depot 80 which is where Mike operates from (in Portadown) and Customer Services person Kevin advised me that Mike was too far away to rectify his mistake today. This was at 4pm. Kevin informed me that neither the manager or ‘the big boss’, Jamie Mulholland, were on site. I informed Kevin that I would be making a complaint unless parcel was delivered today but he insisted that, That’s just the way it is, like. Kevin had been in contact with driver Mike as he was able to tell me that Mike had left the parcel on a windowsill (despite having reported to his authorities that the assignee had received and signed for it.
Suggested solution:
My parcel needs to arrive today. They claimed it had arrived yesterday.
