My complaint:

The driver marked my order as “delivered,” but it was never delivered and the driver admitted it. Doordash is refusing a refund.

Suggested solution:

Refund my money. I do not want a “credit” as I likely will never order from them again, I want a refund, I spent ~90 minutes on the phone with them asking and they blatantly refused.
