My complaint:

I have contacted a DD agent FOUR times. I received the wrong order- a COMPLETELY different restaurant. They declined my request even AFTER I provided pictures. I spoke to 3 different agents, and ALL THREE hung up on me!!! It is now THREE hours after I ordered my food, and they are refusing to give me my credits back. At this point, it is too late to order from anywhere!!! I am unable to feed my kids! These agents are EXTREMELY rude, and are EXTREMELY unhelpful. I will ABSOLUTELY never use door Dash again- and I will MAKE ABSOLUTELY SURE that I will let everyone I know to cancel and never use them again!!!! This is beyond unacceptable!!!

Suggested solution:

I would like the FULL amount back in CREDITS- and feel I should be compensated for not being able to feed my children because of this.
