My complaint:
I ordered two 30 lb bags of dry cat food. The door dasher delivered yet placed order directly in view of the street. Also driver did not knock on door just left. Packages were left and a thief stole them! Door dash refused to refund money. I am a valued customer always ordering from Door Dash. I will no longer be ordering anything from this company because I have had more issues with them but this is the biggest !!!
