My complaint:
I ordered food from kfc through door dash I was charged 19.38 I never received my order the dasher took my order to the wrong place I was in hotel room 135 and I am African American so the dasher took my food to 315 and gave it to a Hispanic male I am homeless and my money is limited I only received 4.00 refund waiting 10 days now they telling me wait for another 10 days and customer service keeps passing me to the next agent in 5 minutes I was transferred to 5 agents so unpleasant unprofessional and they don’t need to be working with the public no compassion whatsoever I did file a claim with the BBB and the lies I can’t
