My complaint:
I live in Athens, AL. The only time you get incentive pay or premium pay is late at night when “many dashers are online”. I know of at least 3 restaurants (Dunkin donuts, Chicken Salad Chick, Cash and Jacks) that are at least 2.5 miles out of the desired location route. Door Dash has right address but GPS sends you in the opposite direction. The right address is miles difference which DOES NOT reflect with worthy pay!
I believe any Dasher working on holidays should get pay incentives, that’s just appreciation which we don’t get. The TOP DASHER should not get $2.50 orders. We work to hard for it nor should I be sent 30 miles away when my area claims to be busy. My ratings stay in the 90s plus but I’m tired of the lack of support for all the crap I have to deal with. Disgusted with navigation and long distance for such low pay. I have the screen shots and constant delivery requests for OUT OF STATE!! It’s absolutely ridiculous.
Suggested solution:
Correct navigation, provide more pay for working holidays and most importantly do more for TOP Dashers and stop sending me out of state!!
