My complaint:
DHL Parcel Post in Germany is absolutely hopeless. My son handed in 2 parcels about 10 days ago to be delivered to Portugal. One has finally arrived in Portugal and should be delivered in 2 days time. The other is still, apparently, sitting at the original warehouse. The biggest problem isn’t the delay though, it is the fact that we have spent hours on the DHL website but it is impossible to find a telephone number or an e-mail address so that we can make enquiries.
I have gone to the DHL warehouse in Portugal and have phoned various DHL numbers in Portugal. All say the same thing – they do not have any contact details for DHL Germany. No company operates in such a manner unless they have something to hide. This company is causing some major PR damage to the DHL brand.
Suggested solution:
Deliver the parcel (ref no. CY251246975DE) or at the very least provide an email whereby we can contact them. A WhatsApp bot response or any other bot response is of absolutely no use as all it does is point us to the website, which does not contain the relevant details.
