My complaint:
I bought a Christmas gift to arrive in 1 day. I got an email saying that the parcel would arrive between 1-6 pm on Friday 22/12. I WAITED THE WHOLE DAY BY THE DOOR. THE DOORBELL DIDN’T RING. At 7pm I got an email saying that the courier MISSED ME. HOW IS THAT SO? I WISH THAT IF YOU WERE NOT GOING TO DELIVER MY PARCEL YOU WOULD HAVE TOLD ME SO. THIS WAY, I COULD HAVE GONE TO THE CITY CENTER AND BOUGHT SOMETHING PHYSICAL LIKE I WAS IN 2005. PLEASE MAKE YOUR PREDCTION SERVICE BETTER.
Suggested solution:
MAKE THE PREDICTION SERVICE BETTER. IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO BE ABLE TO DELIVER THE PACKAGES, TELL ME!!!@@!!
