My complaint:
For years DHL has mishandled my packages. I am veteran who is trying to start a small business with Amazon and few sellers and yet DHL makes my packages disappear. I want DHL to be investigated and shut down for good.
Suggested solution:
Get investigated by a legal governing body, auditing of their books and practices and shut down for good.
