My complaint:
I am expecting a shipment from Australia.
The local DHL office in Manta ecuador is telling me they are DHL Express and do not handle DHL Global! Go figure same company but have no clue about my shipment. They gave me a phone number in another city (Guayuquil) but nobody answers the phone! What to do?
