My complaint:
The handling of my recent order, which has resulted in significant frustration and financial loss. I believe it is important to share my experience to warn others about the potential issues they may face.
Despite providing the correct tracking information, which clearly indicated that the parcel I posted was only in Melbourne, a refund was issued to the buyer based on incorrect tracking information they submitted. This situation should never have escalated to the dispute team. They refunded the buyer the cost of dress and postage
The lack of proper investigation and communication in this matter has been deeply disappointing. I wanted to share to ensure that other sellers do not face similar unjust treatment.
I hope my experience serves as a caution for others and s a reevaluation of how disputes are handled.
Suggested solution:
They should refund me for the cost of the dress and postage , that I sent with tracking
