My complaint:
I sold an item and shipped it the next day, but the app wouldn’t allow me to mark as shipped. 3 days later the purchaser received the item I sold them, but since I could never get the app to let me mark that it had been shipped, they refunded the buyer their money back. I had contacted depop support several times in between and all they would tell me was that I should have shipped it more than me correct time frame, which I definitely did and even sent them a copy of my shipping receipt. Now you buyer has their money back and my item, which I had sold for $44, plus, they also took $15 from my next sale for a refund fee. Someone please help me
Suggested solution:
They should pay me the money they owe me for the item that I sold and also refund the money that they took for my next sale which was a total of $44 plus $15. They have literally stolen my money.
