Depop complaint: Depop took Money from my bank account without notification of a dispute ?

My complaint:

I sold an Item, buyer not happy with it, i agreed to have the product returned, however on receipt of return the Bag had been used and was damaged….DEPOP refunded monies from my bank account with my permission or notification…i have emailed that 3 times over the last 3 weeks and no response.
