My complaint:

The issue that I have experienced was: Item purchased louis vuitton keepall on 11/15/2023 from the seller ( God sent – @vuittonchris), I paid $1,240 .

It occurred on: 15/12/2023

This meant that I am very frustrated at this moment, i dont have my money

I have posted the wrong item sent to me and it was received as instrucyed by depop , Depop already credited me with the shipping cost but am yet to receive the refund amount of $1,240- I need my account to be credited.

I look forward to your response on this matter. As recommended by Trading Standards, I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply to this email address.
