My complaint:
Sold an item on 12/24/23 they automatically refunded the buyer on 12/27/23 because in their system it appeared customer had not received item. I showed them proof from the buyer that she recieved item and they tried gaslighting me telling me I didn’t do “my part” I have all the receipts showing that I reached out to customer support and now they aren’t responding to me. I want to get paid for what I am owed. Also I have a ton of proof but you’re only allowing one upload
Suggested solution:
Paying me what I’m owed.
