My complaint:

The buyer asked me to mark the item value for 5 pound to avoid tax. But the item lost in transaction. Depop refunded the buyer without investigation. And promised me I will get my compensation after receiving the final response from Royal Mail. After I got it, Depop turned immediately and said that I am the one to filled the item value and they are not compensating mr
