Complaint: They lost my booking

My complaint:

On July 22 I made booking for two hotels on Booking.com.
On July 23 my credit card ending 5625 was charged in full for each hotel. I have the record.
Hotel Anhea Sept 10-12 $49, and Atlas House Luxury Suits Sept 13-16 $130.67.
For the first one I got a conformation email (conformations 3948427865, pin 3502), but not for the second.
When I checked under my bookings on Booking.com both hotels were listed there. I have the print-out of that page.
A day later, when I checked again the second hotel was gone from my booking. When I called Booking.com they couldn’t find any record of the second hotel. They had to do some search and promised to get back to me. Sine then they send me an email infirming me that they can’t find my reservation. Nice; but I know that.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

I would like Booking.com complete my reservation for which I had already paid. By now my room is gone, and there is only a more expensive one still available. I feel that Hotel.com have to pay for the more expensive room now, before also this one will be gone.
